  • Calendar booked confirmation email with a 90-second video from me and a one-page sample Friction Report on your company (prepared post-booking, sent 24 hrs before the call)

  • Call Zoom (preferred) or in-person where feasible in Melbourne / Sydney

  • Post-call if there is fit, written proposal within 48 hours

What not to expect

  • No sales follow-up automation

  • No “next step” pressure

  • No CRM enrolment without consent

§ 04 · What this call is

I arrive having researched your business; I have a partial diagnosis prepared from public information. We talk through what I see. I ask four questions.

By the end, you have either: (a) a partial read on where your friction likely sits and an invitation to take the next step; or (b) a clear conclusion that we are not the right fit, with a redirect to the public content that may be useful.

There is no follow-up sequence if you do not engage. This is, in every sense, a single conversation.
