Engagement

Engagements are governed by a Master Services Agreement signed between The Art of More Pty Ltd and the client. The MSA template is available on request.

The Cognitive Profile

The $195 Cognitive Profile is a one-time purchase. If the experience does not change a question you are carrying, the firm refunds the purchase in full and deletes the underlying data.

The Friction Report

The Fractions of Friction Report is an annual program. The Speed Promise (14-day first measurable insight or deposit refunded) and the Friction Guarantee (3+ monetisable nodes inside the first quarter or quarter two free) are contractual.

Confidentiality

All client engagements are confidential. Case studies are published only with client review and explicit written consent.
