The Art of More Pty Ltd collects personal information only to provide its services, deliver the Friction Letter, and respond to enquiries. The firm complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What the firm collects
Name, email address, company, role, and any information you voluntarily provide in a booking, enquiry, or assessment.
How it is used
To deliver what you asked for, to send the Friction Letter if you subscribed, and to maintain client records. The firm does not sell personal information to third parties. It does not run advertising retargeting pixels.
Storage and third parties
The firm uses Stripe (payments), Acuity / Cal.com (booking), Kit (newsletter), Google Workspace (mail and documents), and Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by industry-standard data-protection terms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal information the firm holds about you, or request deletion, by emailing privacy@theartofmore.com.au. Replies come inside ten business days.
